Leo began his Championship show career at just turned 6 months, with a thrilling day under Tracey Wilkinson, who gave him:

1st Minor Puppy Dog & 1st Puppy Dog & Best Puppy in Breed
2nd in the Pastoral Puppy Group.

He followed that with:

2nd Minor Puppy Dog & 2nd Puppy Dog – Welsh Kennel Club
1st Minor Puppy Dog & 2nd Puppy Dog – Richmond
2nd Minor Puppy Dog & Res Puppy Dog – Midland Counties
1st Puppy Dog & Best Puppy in Breed – Working/Pastoral Breeds Assoc. of Scotland
1st Puppy Dog & BEST PUPPY IN SHOW – Scottish Border Collie Club

which, including the Open points he had also won, gave him his Junior Warrant just before his 1st Birthday, to add to his title of BCCGB Minor Puppy Dog of The Year! He then won 1st Special Yearling Dog at Southern Border Collie Club Ch. Show. Thank you judges for all his successes; it was such an exciting year for me particularly.

My lovely Bliss was born in the first litter Leo sired to my Willow (Mossyfern Easy Breeze from Foxbarton). All 5 beautiful pups inherited their parents' wonderful nature and Leo's good looks! (See photo below). Leo sired Jazz's first litter in 2005. A gentleman with his bitches, he has a 100% in-whelp record with all the bitches he's mated to date.

Leo and Wally are both owned and adored by our very dear friends, Rodney & Carol Maryan Green, whose unstinting generosity allows me to continue to show them from time to time. Both boys have outstanding temperaments and are also the best of friends (see the photo at the top of the page). Leo is the grandsire of Challenge Certificate, Res Challenge Certificate, Junior Warrant and Show Certificate of Merit winners.

Leo sired 24 litters of beautiful puppies, his offspring and descendants winning Challenge Certificates, Junior Warrants, Show Certificates of Merit, and a Bronze Agility Warrant to date, plus numerous Agility and Obedience Classes.  Leo was owned and adored by our dear friends, Rodney & Carol Maryan., who lost their darling boy just short of his 15th Birthday.  He is behind all the Foxbartons bred today, and Rodney & Carol have one of his Great Grandaughters, sweet Foxy - Foxbarton Foxy Lady.
